PASSWORD AND LOGIN. Associate-Licensee will be provided a secured access to Broker’s online system (website) via a username and password. Associate-Licensee agrees to keep their password and login identification in secret, and has been provided notice of the importance thereof.

  • Password and Security If you are issued or create any password or other credentials to access the Service or the portion of the Site through which the Service is offered, you agree not to give or make available your password or credentials to any unauthorized individuals, and you agree to be responsible for all actions taken by anyone to whom you have provided such credentials. If you believe that your credentials have been lost or stolen or that someone may attempt to use them to access the Site or Service without your consent, you must inform us at once at the telephone number provided in Section 6 of the General Terms above. See also Section 16 of the General Terms above regarding how the timeliness of your notice impacts your liability for unauthorized transfers.

  • Password To enable you, and only you, to use the Service, you will be asked to choose a password when you register and are accepted as a customer of the Service. This password is stored in encrypted form by us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Funds Transfer customer number and password. No one at OneUnited Bank has access to your Accounts passwords or user ID's. You are responsible for uses of the Service whether or not actually or expressly authorized by you. Therefore, it is important that you DO NOT SHARE YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER OR PASSWORD WITH ANYONE FOR ANY REASON. No one at OneUnited Bank will know or need to know your password, and OneUnited Bank employees will never ask for your password. You agree to notify us AT ONCE if you believe your password has been lost or stolen. Telephoning us promptly is the best way to protect yourself from possible losses. If you never tell us, you could lose all of the money in your account (plus your maximum overdraft line of credit). However, if you tell us within 2 business days, you can lose no more than $50 if someone used your password without your permission. If you do NOT tell us within 2 business days after you learn of the loss or theft of your password, and we can prove we could have stopped someone from using your password without your permission if you had told us, you could lose as much as $500. You can see a complete statement of all your funds transfers effected or pending at any time by clicking on the History tab. If your statement shows transfers that you did not make, notify us AT ONCE. If you do not tell us within 60 days after the transfer was posted to your statement, you may not get back any money you lost after the 60 days, if we can prove that we could have stopped someone from taking the money if you had told us in time. If a good reason (such as a long trip or a hospital stay) kept you from telling us, we will extend the time periods.

  • BOARD AND LODGING (While fighting Company Responsibility Fires) a) Employees who commute from home or camp are expected to ‘carry a lunch’. Additional meals where required will be at Company expense. b) Employees required to live away from their private residence will receive board and lodging at Company expense. c) Employees living in fly camps will receive board and lodging at Company expense.

  • Password Security Any password we provide to you may be used only during the Term to access Seller Central (or other tools we provide) to use the Services, electronically accept Your Transactions, and review your completed Transactions. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your password. You may not disclose your password to any third party (other than third parties authorized by you to use your account or Seller Central in accordance with this Agreement) and are solely responsible for any use of or action taken under your password. If your password is compromised, you must immediately change your password.

  • Keys and Locks Landlord will furnish Tenant, free of charge, two keys to each door or lock in the Premises. Landlord may make a reasonable charge for any additional or replacement keys. Tenant will not duplicate any keys, alter any locks or install any new or additional lock or bolt on any door of its Premises or on any other part of the Building without the prior written consent of Landlord and, in any event, Tenant will provide Landlord with a key for any such lock. On the termination of the Lease, Tenant will deliver to Landlord all keys to any locks or doors in the Building which have been obtained by Tenant.
