Password Security; Contact Information. Client is responsible for maintaining adequate security and control of any and all IDs, passwords, hints, personal identification numbers (PINs), API keys, YubiKeys, other security or confirmation information or hardware, or any other codes that Client uses to access the Custodial Services. Any loss or compromise of the foregoing information and/or Client’s personal information may result in unauthorized access to Client’s Custodial Account by third-parties and the loss or theft of any Digital Assets held in Client’s Custodial Account. Client is responsible for keeping Client’s email address and telephone number up to date in Client’s Custodial Account profile in order to receive any notices or alerts that Coinbase Custody may send Client. Coinbase Custody assumes no responsibility for any loss that Client may sustain due to compromise of Custodial Account login credentials due to no fault of Coinbase Custody and/or failure to follow or act on any notices or alerts that Coinbase Custody may send to Client.
