Common use of Past Performance Questionnaire Clause in Contracts

Past Performance Questionnaire. The offeror shall contact past performance references directly and request that they complete the Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) (Exhibit B) and submit directly to ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. Under no circumstances shall the questionnaires be returned to the offerors. Any information provided by the offeror’s references is subject to verification and validation by the Government during the evaluation process. The offeror may provide information on problems encountered on the identified contracts as well as the offeror’s corrective actions.
