Volume III. Past Performance Proposal 1. The Past Performance portion of the proposal shall be submitted as part of Volume II, and shall be no more than fifteen (15) pages for the narrative not including Past Performance Questionnaire (Solicitation Attachment). 2. Proposals shall not contain classified information. 3. The past performance proposal shall not contain any pricing information. 4. Past performance proposal shall include: PAST PERFORMANCE i. The offeror shall provide a maximum of five (5) past performance references that are prime contracts or major subcontracts received, or in performance, from calendar year 2017 to present, which are relevant to the effort required by this solicitation. Commercial and state/local contracts may be included, if necessary. ii. The description shall include the following information in the following format:
Volume III. Past Performance (Factor 3). The Past Performance evaluation is an assessment of the Offeror’s probability of meeting the minimum past performance solicitation requirements. This assessment is based on the Offeror’s record of relevant and recent past performance information focusing on and targeting performance which is relevant to the effort as it directly related to the work being procured under this solicitation and as defined in Section M.

  • Contract Quantity The Contract Quantity during each Contract Year is the amount set forth in the applicable Contract Year in Section D of the Cover Sheet (“Delivery Term Contract Quantity Schedule”), which amount is inclusive of outages.

  • Volume of TIPS Sales Nothing in this Agreement or any TIPS communication may be construed as a guarantee that TIPS or TIPS Members will submit any TIPS orders to Vendor at any time.

  • Volume ACM requires that at least 800 litres of Milk is available for collection at any one time from the Farm. Supplier must ensure that all Milk collected by ACM under this Agreement is refrigerated, agitated and less than 48 hours old at the time of collection.

  • Contract Year A twelve (12) month period during the term of the Agreement commencing on the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.

  • Volumes The Authority gives no guarantees of volumes. Any volumes mentioned in this Contract, are indicative only and shall not be binding on the Authority.
