Common use of Pathways Clause in Contracts

Pathways. Tenants should not obstruct or infringe any path or roadway communal or otherwise. Pathways must be maintained wide enough to allow for mowing. Paths must also be clear of overhanging branches and vegetation. Where this is not adhered to, they may be cut back to within the plot boundary. The council is responsible for the maintenance of the boundary fence/hedge and the main pathways. Any problems with these should be reported to the council clerk who will arrange inspection and remedial action.
