Pay on Reclassification. (a) An Employee whose position is reclassified to a higher level classification shall be promoted and paid in accordance with Article 10.3. (b) An Employee whose position is reclassified to a classification with a lower maximum rate of pay than the Employee’s current rate of pay shall retain the current rate of pay until such time as the rate for the new classification matches the current rate.
