Common use of Payer Clause in Contracts

Payer. If the Liquidation Amount determined pursuant to Clause 16.3 is a positive amount, the Client shall pay it to AximTrade and if it is a negative amount, AximTrade shall pay it to Client. AximTrade shall notify the Client of the Liquidation Amount, and by whom it is payable, immediately after the calculation of such amount.

Payer. If the Liquidation Amount determined pursuant to Clause 16.3 is a positive amount, the Client shall pay it to AximTrade Xbti and if it is a negative amount, AximTrade Xbti shall pay it to the Client. AximTrade Xbti shall notify the Client of the Liquidation Amount, and by whom it is payable, immediately after the calculation of such amount.
