Payment Calculation. The calculation of the amount of the Community Service Fee payable pursuant to the Enterprise Zone Agreement shall be performed by a CPA firm contracted by the Zone Sponsors. Initially, this firm will be Harwood, MacAdam, Wartnik, Fisher, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ who will perform the services pursuant to the terms of the Agreement set out in the engagement letter attached to the Enterprise Zone Agreement as Exhibit “E”.
