Common use of Payment Cycle Clause in Contracts

Payment Cycle. Second full pay period in the month following the month in which the straight time hours are worked by an eligible employee. The monthly supplement will be payable by Flex N Gate while the employee remains on the active employment rolls of Flex N Gate and has elected to “opt out” of the UAW-Flex N gate negotiated health care plan. It is agreed that when such an employee is no longer on the active employment rolls of Flex N Gate, the employee’s eligibility for the supplement will cease and the supplement will be discontinued.
