Payment Date Reporting Clause Samples

The Payment Date Reporting clause establishes the requirement for parties to provide timely and accurate information regarding the dates on which payments are due or have been made under the agreement. Typically, this involves one party notifying the other of upcoming payment deadlines or confirming receipt of funds, often through written statements or electronic communication. By mandating clear communication about payment dates, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings, ensures both parties are aware of their financial obligations, and supports effective cash flow management.
