Common use of Payment for Service Rendered Clause in Contracts

Payment for Service Rendered. For providing the consulting services as defined herein, the Company shall deliver to the Consultant the consideration described in Exhibit A. The Company shall reimburse the Consultant for all reasonable expenses provided the Company has approved the expenses in advance and in writing.
