Agent for Service. The Tenant shall maintain a registered agent of the Tenant for service of process, which agent will be located within the State of Louisiana. The Tenant shall maintain the name and address of such agent with the Louisiana Secretary of State. If the Tenant shall fail to maintain such a registered agent with the Louisiana Secretary of State within the State of Louisiana, service of process may be accomplished by public posting on the Site in the same manner and for the same period as provided in Louisiana statutes, with written notice becoming effective at the time of posting.

Agent for Service. Each New Guarantor hereby appoints CT Corporation as its authorized agent upon whom process may be served in any suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Indenture, the Securities or this Fourth Supplemental Indenture that may be instituted in any federal or state court in the State of New York or brought under federal or state securities laws.

Agent for Service. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that if ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is in unlawful detainer, pursuant to Chapter 59.12 RCW, and Lessor is unable to serve Lessee with the unlawful detainer pleadings after one service attempt, then Lessor shall be deemed to have complied with the service requirements of Chapter 59.12 RCW if it mails such pleadings via certified mail to the address set forth in the notice section of this Lease and posts such pleadings in a conspicuous location on the Premises. Service shall be deemed complete on the third (3rd) day following the day of posting or day of mailing, whichever is later.

Agent for Service. The agent for service of the Seller and the Servicer in respect of this Agreement shall be Executive Vice President and Treasurer, Mitsubishi Motors Credit of America, Inc., 6363 Katella Avenue, Cypress, California 90630-5205, mailing add▇▇▇▇: ▇.▇. ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇.

Agent for Service. 8.1 This clause applies to any writ, summons, order, judgment or other process issued out of the courts of England and Wales in connection with any proceeding, suit or action arising out of or in connection with this Lease to the exclusion of any other provision of this Lease relating to the service of notices. 8.2 LECG Corporation irrevocably agrees that any document to which this clause applies may be sufficiently and effectively served on it by service on its agent LECG Limited, if no replacement agent has been appointed and notified to the Landlord pursuant to clause 8.5, or on the replacement agent if one has been appointed and notified to the Landlord. 8.3 Any such document served pursuant to this clause shall be marked for the attention of: (i) LECG Limited at the demised premises or such other address within England or Wales as may be notified to the Landlord by LECG Corporation; (ii) such other person as is appointed as agent for service pursuant to clause 8.5 at the address notified pursuant to clause 8.5. 8.4 Any such document addressed in accordance with clause 8.3 shall be deemed to have been duly served if: (i) left at the specified address, when it is left; or (ii) sent by first class post, three clear days after the date of posting. 8.5 If the agent referred to in clause 8.2 (or any replacement agent appointed pursuant to this sub-clause) at any time ceases for any reason to act as such, LECG Corporation shall appoint a replacement agent to accept service having an address for service in England or Wales and shall notify the Landlord of the name and address of the replacement agent; failing such appointment and notification, the Landlord may by notice to LECG Corporation appoint such a replacement agent to act on LECG Corporation's behalf. 8.6 A copy of any document served on an agent pursuant to this clause shall be sent by post to LECG Corporation at its address for the time being for the service of notices and other communications under this Lease, but no failure or delay in so doing shall prejudice the effectiveness of the service of the document in accordance with the provisions of this clause.

Agent for Service. 23.1 JohnsonDiversey irrevocably appoints JohnsonDiversey UK Ltd. of Pyramid Close, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, to be its agent for the receipt of service of process in England. It agrees that any Service Document may be effectively served on it in connection with Proceedings in England and Wales by service on its agent. 23.2 NV irrevocably appoints PLC to be its agent for the receipt of service of process in England. It agrees that any Service Document may be effectively served on it in connection with Proceedings in England and Wales by service on its agent. 23.3 Any Service Document shall be deemed to have been duly served (i) on JohnsonDiversey, if marked for the attention of the Managing Director of JohnsonDiversey UK Limited; and (ii) on NV, if marked for the attention of the Corporate Counsel at Unilever PLC; and in each case: (A) left at the address specified above (in Clause 23.1, in respect of JohnsonDiversey, or in Clause 23.2 in respect of NV) or such other address within England and Wales as may be notified to the Party wishing to serve the Service Document; or (B) sent by first class post to the address specified above (in Clause 23.1, in respect of JohnsonDiversey, or in Clause 23.2 in respect of NV) or such other address within England and Wales as may be notified to the Party wishing to serve the Service Document. In the case of a Service Document served pursuant to Clause 23.3 (A), the Service Document will be deemed to have been duly served when it is left. In the case of a Service Document served pursuant to Clause 23.3 (B), the Service Document shall be deemed to have been duly served two clear Business Days after the date of posting. 23.4 If the agent of JohnsonDiversey or NV at any time ceases for any reason to act as such, that Party shall appoint a replacement agent having an address for service in England or Wales and shall notify the other Party of the name and address of the replacement agent. Failing such appointment and notification, the other Party shall be entitled by Notice to that Party to appoint a replacement agent to act on that Party’s behalf. The provisions of this Clause 23 applying to service on an agent apply equally to service on a replacement agent. 23.5 A copy of any Service Document served on an agent shall be sent by post to JohnsonDiversey or NV as appropriate. Failure or delay in so doing shall not prejudice the effectiveness of service of the Service Document.
