Payment for Statutory Holidays. A regular full-time employee will receive regular pay for each day off for the aforementioned statutory holidays.
Payment for Statutory Holidays. (a) Employees who are eligible for statutory holiday pay will receive a normal days pay for the statutory holiday, whether or not they are scheduled to work on the statutory holiday.
(b) For purposes of this Article, a normal days pay shall be understood to mean an employee's normal hourly earnings, exclusive of overtime, for the hours the employee has worked in the two (2) week period immediately preceding the week in which the statutory holiday occurs, divided by ten (10) to establish the hours to be paid for the statutory holiday. In the case of the calculation of a normal days pay for New Year's Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day will be counted as time worked, on the basis of the hours that the employee was paid for those days.
(c) An employee who is scheduled by the Employer to work on a statutory holiday, shall be paid one and one-half times the employee's normal wage rate for any hours so worked, on all statutory holidays in addition to pay received under (a) above. An employee who works more than their regularly scheduled hours shall be paid double time and one-half for all such hours worked.
Payment for Statutory Holidays. Subject to the provisions of Article 23.07, employees to whom Article 23.04 does not apply shall receive holiday pay at their regular rates of pay for each of the statutory or public holidays mentioned in Article 23.01.
Payment for Statutory Holidays. (a) All employees that work on a Statutory Holiday shall be paid time and one half (1½) for all hours worked in addition to their Holiday pay entitlement.
(b) In any one week where no work is performed on a Statutory Holiday defined in the Agreement, employees covered by the Agreement are all entitled to five (5) days prorated for the performance of four (4) days work. Where an employee works five (5) days in such a week, they would then, therefore, be entitled to six (6) days pay.
(c) In any week no work is performed on two (2) Statutory Holidays falling in an employee’s regularly scheduled five (5) day work week, the employee shall be entitled to five (5) days pay prorated for three (3) days of work; four
Payment for Statutory Holidays a. Subject to Article 7.04 (Right to Refuse to Cross Picket Lines), salaried employees shall not have their pay reduced by virtue of holidays specified in 18.01 and 18.06.
b. Subject to Article 7.04 (Right to Refuse to Cross Picket Lines), hourly paid employees shall be paid 4.8% in lieu of statutory holiday pay (except for casual employees who shall be paid 1.7%).

(i) Employees absent on paid sick leave or W. C. B. are not eligible to receive statutory holiday pay for any holiday that fails during such absence if there are no hours worked on which to calculate the benefit.
(ii) Should an employee return to work just prior to a statutory holiday following a paid sick leave or W. C. B. absence, such time will be considered time worked for the purpose of article 13.03(b)
Payment for Statutory Holidays. If you are an eligible employee, you will be paid at your regular rate of wage for the statutory holiday, except where noted in Exhibit A – Statutory Holiday Payments.
Payment for Statutory Holidays a) In order to be eligible for payment for statutory holidays, an employee must be employed for 30 days and worked or earned wages for 15 of the 30 days prior to the statutory holidays.
b) Employees who are eligible for statutory holiday pay will receive a normal days pay for the statutory holiday, whether or not they are scheduled to work on the statutory holiday.
c) For purposes of this Article, a normal days pay shall be calculated as the total wages earned in the 30 days before the statutory holiday divided by number of days worked during the 30 days before the statutory holidays including vacation pay and statutory holiday pay.
d) An employee who is scheduled by the Employer to work on a statutory holiday, shall be paid one and one-half times the employee's normal wage rate for all hours worked up to 12 hours on all statutory holidays in addition to pay received under (a) above. An employee who works more than twelve hours on a Statutory Holiday be paid double time for all such hours worked in excess of twelve.

Payment for Statutory Holidays. (a) Where a statutory holiday falls on a day normally worked, it shall be paid for on the basis of ordinary hours.
(b) In the event of a statutory holiday falling on a Saturday or a Sunday, such holiday shall be observed on the following Monday, and in the event of another holiday falling on such Monday then the whole holiday shall be observed on the succeeding Tuesday.
(c) All authorised time worked on statutory holidays shall be paid for at time and half plus alternative holidays.
