Common use of Payment of Additional Interest Clause in Contracts

Payment of Additional Interest. (a) Under certain circumstances the Company will be obligated to pay certain additional amounts of interest to the Holders of certain Initial Notes, as more particularly set forth in such Initial Notes. (b) Under certain circumstances the Company may be obligated to pay certain additional amounts of interest to the Holders of certain Initial Additional Notes, as may be more particularly set forth in such Initial Additional Notes. (c) Prior to any Interest Payment Date on which any such additional interest is payable, the Company shall give notice to the Trustee of the amount of any additional interest due on such Interest Payment Date. The Trustee shall have no duty to calculate or verify the calculation of any additional interest that is payable as determined by the Company.
