Payment Terms and Billing. 1. Payment shall be made only after the Agency receives and accepts the Goods or Services and after it receives a properly completed invoice. Unless otherwise specified in this Contract, payment for all accepted Goods or Services shall be due within forty-five (45) days afterafter acceptance of the Goods or Services. The Vendor shall submit an invoice to the Agency for the Performance. The invoice shall include detailed information for Goods or Services, delivered and Performed, as applicable, and accepted. Any late payment charges shall be calculated in accordance with the Connecticut General Statutes.
