Payment Time. The time of paying services fees above shall be determined by Beijing Duowan according to actual situation. Beijing Tuda shall arrange payment after receiving written notice from Beijing Duowan.

In the event that Customer’s payment is more than 45 calendar days past due, University may suspend its services for Customer, and charge Customer 1.5% interest on late amounts. In the event that Customer is more than 60 calendar days past due, University may immediately terminate this Agreement by providing notice to Customer. When providing notice, either party will comply with the Notice section of this Agreement.

Payment Time. After Party B leaves office, the financial department of Party A shall transfer the above compensation to the bank account designated by Party B before the 15th day of each month from the next month after Party B resigns. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, during the non-competition period, Party A shall have the right to notify Party B in writing that it will not require Party B to continue to comply with the non-competition obligation. Under such a circumstance, Party A shall have the right to stop paying non-competition compensation to Party B. If the payment is overdue for no more than three months, Party B shall have the right to require Party A to make up the payment, but shall not require to rescind this Agreement or refuse to perform the non-competition obligation on this ground;

Payment Time. All payments shall be delivered in good funds to Secured Party prior to 2:30 p.m., Central Time, on the date due at its principal office set forth above, or at such other place as Secured Party designates in writing.

Payment Time. Commission shall be payable upon execution of this Agreement.
