Payments and Correspondence. After the Effective Date, if Current Sponsor receives amounts that represent revenue of the Project, such as donations, pledges or bequests, then Current Sponsor will promptly transfer such amounts to Client. Current Sponsor will forward to Client any correspondence or other communications, including, without limitation, any written or email inquiries about the Project or correspondence relating to accounts payable or other items included in the Project Liabilities.
