Payments Between the Parties. Balancing payments between the Parties will be approved by the Management Committee based on Operating Profit or Loss. Payments will be made quarterly based on actual results within 60 days after the end of each quarter, adjusted for reimbursement of the net expenses or income incurred or received by each Party.
