Payments Due on Saturdays. SUNDAYS AND LEGAL HOLIDAYS. Except as otherwise specified pursuant to Section 2.5, if the date of maturity of interest on or principal of the Securities of any series or the date fixed for redemption or repayment of any such Security shall not be a Business Day, then payment of such interest, if any, or principal need not be made on such date, but may be made on the next succeeding Business Day with the same force and effect as if made on the date of maturity or the date fixed for redemption or repayment, and no interest shall accrue for the period from and after such date.
