Payments from Workers’ Compensation. An employee returning to work on a reduced hours, phased-in, basis pursuant to Clause 18.06 shall continue to be entitled to applicable payments from Workers’ Compensation or short or long-term disability. Where the external funding body continues to pay the full disability benefit during the phased-in return, the University will have no obligation to supplement this payment.
