Payments of Interest; Payments with Respect to Derivative Agreements for Interest, Accretion on Discount Notes. If the amount on deposit in the Interest Funding sub-Account for any Tranche of Class D Notes is insufficient to pay in full the amounts for which withdrawals are required under Section 3.13, on such payment date an amount equal to that deficiency will be withdrawn from the Class D Reserve sub-Account for such Tranche of Class D Notes and deposited into that Interest Funding sub-Account for such Tranche of Class D Notes.
