Payments to Class Members. The Net Settlement Fund shall be divided into two portions, those two portions being 27.78% for “Regulation E Overdraft Charges” and 72.22% for “Sufficient Funds Overdraft Charges.” (a) The amount paid to each Regulation E Class Member shall be calculated as follows: (.2778 of Net Settlement Fund/Total Regulation E Overdraft Charges) x Total Regulation E Overdrafts Charged of the Regulation E Class Member = Individual Payment (b) The amount paid to each Sufficient Funds Class Member shall be calculated as follows:
