Common use of Payments to Noteholders Clause in Contracts

Payments to Noteholders. On each Determination Date, as provided below, the Administrator shall instruct the Paying Agent in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw, and on the following Distribution Date the Paying Agent, acting in accordance with such instructions, shall withdraw the amounts required to be withdrawn from the Collection Account pursuant to Section 2.3(a) below in respect of all funds available from Interest Collections processed since the preceding Distribution Date and allocated to the holders of the Series 2023-3 Notes. (a) Note Interest with Respect to the Series 2023-3
