Common use of Payments to the Design Professional Clause in Contracts

Delete Paragraph 5.1 in its entirety and replace with the following: 5.1 The amount for the performance of basic services and reimbursable expenses required under this Contract, will be in a not-to-exceed amount of Five Million Seventy Four Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Two and No One Hundredths Dollars ($5,074,962.00), which includes all fees for subconsultants.
