Penalties for non-conformity of production. 9.1. The approval granted in respect of a vehicle type pursuant to this Regulation may be withdrawn if the requirements set forth above are not met.
9.2. If a Contracting Party to the Agreement applying this Regulation withdraws an approval it has previously granted, it shall forthwith so notify the other Contracting Parties applying this Regulation, by means of a communication form conforming to the model in Annex 1 to this Regulation.
Penalties for non-conformity of production. 12.1. The approval granted in respect of a type of components pursuant to this Regulation may be withdrawn if the requirements laid down in paragraph 11. above are not complied with.
12.2. If a Party to the Agreement applying this Regulation withdraws an approval it has previously granted, it shall forthwith so notify the other Contracting Parties applying this Regulation by means of a communication form conforming to the model in Annex 2B to this Regulation.

10.2. If a Party to the Agreement applying this Regulation withdraws an approval it has previously granted, it shall forthwith so notify the other Contracting Parties applying this Regulation, by means of a communication form conforming to the model in Annex 2B to this Regulation.
Penalties for non-conformity of production. 17.1. The approval granted to a vehicle type pursuant to this Regulation may be withdrawn if the conditions set forth in paragraph 16.1. above are not complied with, or if the vehicle fails to pass the checks referred to in paragraph 16.2. above.
17.2. Should a Party to the Agreement applying this Regulation withdraw an approval which it has previously granted, it shall forthwith notify the other Contracting Parties applying this Regulation by means of a copy of the approval from bearing at the end in large letters the statement, signed and dated: "APPROVAL WITHDRAWN".

If a Party to the Agreement which applies this Regulation withdraws an approval it has previously granted, it shall forthwith so notify the other Contracting Parties applying this Regulation by means of a copy of the approval form bearing at the end, in large letters, the signed and dated annotation "APPROVAL WITHDRAWN".

The approval granted in respect of a type of studded tyre pursuant to this Regulation may be withdrawn if the requirements laid down in paragraph 8. above are not complied with, or if any studded tyre of the type of studded tyre does not meet the limits given in paragraph 8.4. above.
9.2. If a Party to the Agreement, which applies this Regulation, withdraws an approval, it has previously granted, it shall forthwith notify the other Contracting Parties applying this Regulation by means of a copy of the approval form conforming to the model in Annex 1 to this Regulation.

9.2. If a Party to the Agreement which applies this Regulation withdraws an approval it has previously granted, it shall forthwith so notify the other Contracting Parties applying this Regulation, by means of a communication form conforming to the model in annex 1 to this Regulation.

The approval granted in respect of a vehicle or a type of belt or restraint system may be withdrawn if the requirement laid down in paragraph 9.1. above is not complied with, or if the safety-belt(s) or restraint system(s) selected have failed to pass the checks prescribed in paragraph 9.2. above.
10.2. If a Contracting Party to the Agreement applying this Regulation withdraws an approval it has previously granted, it shall forthwith so notify the other Contracting Parties applying this Regulation by means of a communication form conforming to the model in Annex 1A or Annex 1B to this Regulation (as appropriate).

The approval granted in respect of an engine type or an engine family pursuant to this Regulation may be withdrawn if the requirements set forth in paragraph 6.1. above are not met or if an engine or an engine family bearing the approval ▇▇▇▇ does not conform to the type approved.
7.2. If a Contracting Party to the 1958 Agreement applying this Regulation withdraws an approval it has previously granted, it shall forthwith so notify the other Contracting Parties applying this Regulation, by means of a communication form conforming to the model in Annex 2 to this Regulation.
