Common use of PERA LIABILITY Clause in Contracts

PERA LIABILITY. Advisor shall reimburse the City for the full amount of any employer contribution required to be paid by the City of Pueblo to the Public Employees’ Retirement Association (“PERA”) for salary or other compensation paid to a PERA retiree performing contracted services for the City under this Agreement. The completed PERA form shall be attached as part of this signed Agreement.

Advisor Manager shall reimburse the City Owner for the full amount of any employer contribution required to be paid by the City of Pueblo to the Public Employees’ Retirement Association (“PERA”) for salary or other compensation paid to a PERA retiree performing contracted services for the City Owner under this Agreement. The completed PERA form shall be attached as part of this signed Agreement.
