Office Requirements. 4 1. Each participating hospital shall provide office space for the Eligibility Technicians assigned 5 to the hospital as follow, at no cost to COUNTY:
6 a. A minimum of one hundred ten (110) square feet of office space to accommodate 7 interviewing at their desks, with adequate privacy for confidentiality during client interviews: or
8 b. A minimum of one hundred ten (110) square feet of office space, which is in close 9 proximity to a conference room, or other suitable space, with adequate privacy for confidentiality during 10 client interviews.
11 c. Workspace that complies with all Federal and State disability regulations and laws.
12 2. Each participating hospital shall provide office equipment for the Eligibility Technicians 13 assigned to the hospital as follows, at no cost to COUNTY:
14 a. An ergonomically correct desk chair with arms, and a computer table/desk with an 15 adjustable height keyboard tray;
16 b. Two (2) letter size file cabinets, one with a lock to secure the Eligibility Technicians 17 belongings and client case records;
18 c. One (1) bookcase;
19 d. A data ▇▇▇▇ and at least one (1) or more telephone lines in the work space and additional 20 lines, as needed; and
21 3. Each participating hospital shall provide the Eligibility Technicians and CCS with at least 22 ninety (90) calendar days advance notice of any change to office space and/or equipment. HASC and 23 CCS may mutually agree in writing to modify the notice requirements as stated in this Paragraph.
Office Requirements. The Grantee will provide for all necessary operational expenses associated with fulfilling the intent of this agreement. These expenses include, but are not limited to: professional office space, telephone, computer and internet access, office equipment, clerical support, travel expenses sufficient to provide for travel within the area, the state and to out-of-state marketing opportunities or trainings, and funds to develop marketing materials for the area.
Office Requirements.
11.13.1. Franchisee shall maintain an office in the County to remain open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, except Holidays.
11.13.2. Franchisee shall maintain a toll-free telephone number where service inquiries and complaints can be received by Franchisee. Franchisee shall use either a telephone answering service or answering machine to receive service inquiries and complaints during those times when the office is closed. During office hours, these services must be monitored regularly, so that Franchisee can respond to any message within sixty (60) minutes. The response, at a minimum, shall include a reply to the inquiry and a plan of action to address or fix the complaint. During non-office hours, messages shall be answered no later than noon the following business day.
11.13.3. Franchisee’s office shall be equipped with adequate and appropriate personnel and equipment to receive, document, and respond to inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner (no longer than twenty-four (24) hours). Franchisee’s office staff shall be familiar with the City and Franchisee’s obligations under this Agreement.
11.13.4. Franchisee shall establish a process, subject to the Contract Manager’s approval, for receiving and handling emergency calls, both during and after normal operating hours.
Office Requirements. 2.01 The Agent will provide in Agent's office a computer with capabilities sufficient to meet the requirements of Company 1. The computer will have internet access that does not interfere with the Agent's voice telephone capability.
2.02 Agent will have a fax machine capable of both sending and receiving Company 1 and customer paperwork.
2.03 The Agent will dedicate at least one voice telephone line to conducting Company 1 Business. This line will be setup in the name of Agent's business and listed in the Agent's name as "Agent for Company 1."

Office Requirements. 1.1 Contractor shall perform work using current, common formats and must be able to deliver final products that reflect the layout and design of the original publication or document. Contractor’s systems must support the use of a File Transfer Protocol (FTP) as a method to upload, download and manage files.
1.2 Contractor shall work within operating systems specified by the Authorized Purchaser. Contractor shall use word processing and design software programs and provide translation and production of online content and websites.
1.3 Contractor shall accept orders for services from Authorized Purchasers using Purchase Orders or Service Order Contracts that detail applicable processes. Upon request, Contractor shall provide services that shall include but shall not be limited to, initial account set-up, billing codes, specific key persons, detailed ordering instructions, applicable Translation Glossaries, and invoicing procedures. Individual Purchase Orders or Service Order Contracts shall contain at a minimum the following project related detail: • The language from which a message is translated • The language into which the message is translated • Purpose of the translation • Translation details • Applicable literacy level • Required timelines • Applicable Minimum Translator qualifications • Applicable Translation Glossaries • Applicable Translation Memory • Any not to exceed amounts
1.4 Contractor shall use approved job tracking processes and ordering forms as requested by an Authorized Purchaser.
