Performance Agreement. 4.1.1 (a) The board shall put in place an annual performance agreement and carry out a review (appraisal) of the principal every year. The performance agreement and review process is an integral part of the professional criteria by which a principal may advance in professional leadership through the career stages of 4.4. The performance agreement shall be in writing and a signed copy kept by both the board and principal.
