Common use of Performance and Availability Clause in Contracts

Performance and Availability. The Solution shall perform in accordance with the approved Service Level Agreement (SLA) (see Section 10.2) and be available 99.999% of the time per month. 6.1.17.1. The performance and availability SLA shall provide information on performance and availability objectives for the Solution to perform successfully and be available 99.999% of the time per month. 6.1.17.2.
