Performance Approval Sample Clauses

Performance Approval. The Authority retains approval rights over any and all activities, performances, exhibitions or entertainment to be conducted or provided in the Licensed Area and the Customer agrees that no such activity or part thereof shall be given or held if the Authority provides written objection on the grounds of character offensive to the public morals, failure to uphold event advertising claims or violation of any governmental laws, rules and regulations.
Performance Approval. The University retains approval right over performance, exhibition or entertainment to be offered by Client during the Event under this Agreement, and Client agrees that no such activity or part thereof shall be given or held if the University objects on the grounds of character offense to public morals, failure to uphold advertising claims or violations of content restrictions agreed to by both parties at the time of execution of this Agreement.
Performance Approval. City retains approval right of performance, exhibition or entertainment to be offered under this Agreement, and LESSEE agrees that no such activity or party thereof shall be given or held if City provides written objection on the grounds of character offensive to public morals, failure to uphold Tournament advertising claims or violation of Tournament content. These restrictions are agreed upon by both parties at the time of completion of this Agreement.
Performance Approval. No performance, exhibition, or entertainment shall be given or held in the Center which is illegal, indecent, obscene or immoral, or in any manner publicly offensive, or which fails to uphold Event advertising claims. The UNIVERSITY may require that such portions of the Event deemed offensive, in the sole judgment of UNIVERSITY, be immediately deleted to the extent necessary to remove their offensive character. UNIVERSITY hereby reserves the right to tape or videotape any performance for purposes of reviewing the contents of said performance in the event any legal or moral questions arise as to the content of the performance. Any such UNIVERSITY recording, tape, or videotape will be used for no commercial purpose whatsoever and will be destroyed or erased if no legal or moral questions arise after a reasonable amount of time.
Performance Approval. The Packers retain the right to disapprove of any performance, exhibition or entertainment to be offered under this Agreement, and Licensee agrees that no such activity or part thereof shall be given or held if the Packers give written notice of objection thereto on the grounds of character offensive to public morals, failure to uphold Event advertising claims or violations of Event content restrictions agreed to between the parties, if any. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a representative of the Packers witnessed the performance of the [concert] and approves of the content thereof, and the Packers waive their rights hereunder to the extent that the Event is the same as that of the prior performance.
Performance Approval. The OBEC retains approval right of performance, exhibition, event or entertainment to be offered under this agreement. Tenant agrees that no such activity or part thereof shall be given or held if the OBEC staff denies approval. Grounds for disapproval include but are not limited to those events/acts offensive to public morals, contrary to event advertising claims or in violation of event content restrictions agreed to by both parties at the time of execution of this agreement. All public events, performances and advertising for same must be appropriate for all ages and/or not be contradictory to the family friendly image and position statement of the City of Orange Beach and its elected officials.
Performance Approval. LICENSOR reserves the right to approve the performance, exhibition, or entertainment to be offered under this agreement, and LICENSEE agrees that no such performance, exhibition, or entertainment or part thereof shall be given or held if LICENSOR files written objection thereto.
Performance Approval. Within the guarantee of First Amendment rights, the College retains approval right over performance, exhibition or entertainment to be offered under this agreement, and User agrees that no such activity or part thereof shall be given or held if the College objects on the grounds of character, offense to public morals, failure to uphold advertising claims or violations of content restrictions agreed to by both parties at the time of execution of this agreement.

  • Performance Measurement The Uniform Guidance requires completion of OMB-approved standard information collection forms (the PPR). The form focuses on outcomes, as related to the Federal Award Performance Goals that awarding Federal agencies are required to detail in the Awards.
