PERFORMANCE BENCHMARKS. In order for the City to guarantee consistent levels of service for all its Recreation Programs, the City has established performance benchmarks as goals for the Contractor. Performance measures will include participation and satisfaction rates as follows:

PERFORMANCE BENCHMARKS. The market benchmark for measuring investment performance over a market cycle for the Adviser is a composite index of a 65% allocation to the STANDARD & POOR'S 500 INDEX, a 25% allocation to the LEHM▇▇ ▇▇▇G-TERM TREASURY INDEX, and a 10% allocation to the 91-DAY TREASURY BILL. ▇▇is benchmark will measure the Adviser's performance net of Adviser fees.

PERFORMANCE BENCHMARKS. Performance benchmarks will be established for the Fund. These benchmarks will be recommended by VIA and adopted by the Directors and will be reviewed and revised as appropriate from time to time. The current performance benchmarks for the Fund are appended to this document as Exhibit I.

PERFORMANCE BENCHMARKS. Two benchmarks are used to track the Adviser's relative performance: 1. The LIPPER EQUITY INCOME INDEX is used to evaluate performance relative to the average of similar mutual funds. 2. The S&P/BARRA VALUE INDEX is used to measure performance relative to a market benchmark of "value" stocks. The Adviser is tracked over one-, three- and five-year periods with the expectation that the Adviser will outperform the benchmark (net of Adviser fees).

PERFORMANCE BENCHMARKS. Given the nature of the Service there is no appropriate formal benchmark available externally against which to measure your investment’s performance. However the targeted returns are set out in the Information Memorandum.

PERFORMANCE BENCHMARKS. Parking Operator shall work with City to develop quality control quantitative benchmarks and an operational plan to meet those benchmarks. The City shall provide ACE Parking regular feedback on performance benchmarks. These benchmarks are: a. Customer satisfaction as measured by surveys, complaints or other means b. Physical appearance of the facilities and adherence to agreed-upon standards c. Engagement with the City, business community, and other key stakeholders in enhancing Downtown Fresno.

PERFORMANCE BENCHMARKS. In order to timely meet CDBG deadlines, the Municipality shall comply with the following Performance Benchmarks: (1) Expend, and request reimbursement from the County, of at least 75% ($31,988.25) of the funding allocation no later than July 15, 2023; and (2) Expend the remainder of the funding allocation by September 30, 2023.

PERFORMANCE BENCHMARKS. (1) LENDER agrees that BORROWER shall be entitled to the reduced rate of interest set forth in Section 2.6 above in the event that BORROWER achieves and maintains certain performance benchmarks relating to BORROWER's"Fixed Charge Coverage" (as defined in this Article V), such performance benchmarks being referred to, as applicable, as "Performance Benchmark #1" and "Performance Benchmark #2" and "Performance Benchmark #3" in this Agreement. (2) For purposes of determining BORROWER's "Fixed Charge Coverage", such "Fixed Charge Coverage" shall be determined in accordance with the definition set forth in the "Fixed Charge Coverage" covenant of this Article V.

PERFORMANCE BENCHMARKS. Alerting Speed. Licensee will make reasonable efforts to ensure the fastest possible delivery time of an alert to end-users. Licensee will strive to maintain an average time to receive and process ShakeAlert Messages from the ShakeAlert system and deliver alerts to its clients of no more than five (5) seconds, for at least ninety-five (95) percent of end-users.
