PERFORMANCE CONTRACT. It is a condition of this Agreement of Employment you sign a Performance Contract, whose purpose is to: a. Specify accountabilities; b. State objectives and targets established for the Employee; c. Monitor & Measure performance d. Establish a transparent & accountable working relationship e. Give effect to the Company’s commitment to a performance-orientated relationship with its Employees reporting to the Company in attaining equitable and improved service delivery. f. At the beginning of the year you shall be discuss and agree with the Managing Director your Performance Targets.
