Performance Cycle Clause Samples

The Performance Cycle clause defines the specific period during which an individual's or entity's performance is measured and evaluated. Typically, this cycle aligns with a fiscal year, calendar year, or another set timeframe, and it determines when performance reviews, assessments, or bonus calculations occur.
