Performance Goals and Accountability Metrics. The performance goals and accountability metrics for the School (“Educational Goals”) are set forth in pages 5 through 12 of Attachment No. 2 to the Charter. If during the Term of this Agreement the Educational Goals are amended or any material change is made to the Educational Goals of the School, Operator shall provide notice to IPS of such amendment or change, a concise explanation of the reason for such amendment or change, and a copy of any such amendment, within thirty (30) days of the adoption of the amendment or change.
Performance Goals and Accountability Metrics. Operator and IPS shall work together in good faith to develop and agree upon the performance goals and accountability metrics for the School (“Educational Goals”) prior to Possession Date. The Educational Goals shall be substantially similar to the performance goals and accountability metrics applicable to similarly situated IPS schools. If during the Term of this Agreement, Operator reasonably believes that it is reasonable and necessary to amend or change the Educational Goals, Operator shall provide notice to IPS of such proposed amendment or change, which IPS may in its discretion accept or reject.
Performance Goals and Accountability Metrics. (a) The performance goals and accountability metrics for the School (“Educational Goals”) are set forth in Exhibit 3 to this Agreement. (b) The Parties acknowledge that IPS is working to develop performance goals and accountability metrics that will apply to the School and to other similarly situated IPS schools, including innovation network schools and schools directly managed by IPS (“Amended Goals”). (c) The Parties agree that if IPS adopts Amended Goals, IPS may replace the Educational Goals currently set forth in Exhibit 3 with the Amended Goals by providing written notice of such replacement (“Amendment Notice”) to Operator, and that the Amended Goals shall take effect and replace the then-current Educational Goals (i) the first School Year immediately following the School Year in which the Amendment Notice is provided, if such Amendment Notice is provided at least 180 days prior to the end of such School Year, or (ii) the second School Year following the School Year in which the Amendment Notice is provided, if such Amendment Notice is provided fewer than 180 days prior to the end of such School Year. (d) If Operator reasonably believes that the Amended Goals will materially prevent Operator from operating the School with autonomy as set forth in Section 2.2 above, Operator shall within 30 days after receiving an Amendment Notice inform IPS in writing of the basis for such belief and Operator’s proposed resolution, and the Parties shall make a good faith effort to agree to a resolution of the matter; provided that if the Parties cannot agree upon such a resolution, the Amended Goals will take effect as set forth above. (e) Without limitation to any other rights or remedies that IPS has under this Agreement relating to the Educational Goals, IPS may in its discretion require Operator to implement a performance improvement plan devised by IPS if the School materially fails to meet the Educational Goals.

  • Performance Targets Threshold, target and maximum performance levels for each performance measure of the performance period are contained in Appendix B.

  • Ongoing Performance Measures The Department intends to use performance-reporting tools in order to measure the performance of Contractor(s). These tools will include the Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit G), to be completed by Customers on a quarterly basis. Such measures will allow the Department to better track Vendor performance through the term of the Contract(s) and ensure that Contractor(s) consistently provide quality services to the State and its Customers. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MFMP or on the Department's website).

  • Performance Metrics The Influencer shall aim for a minimum engagement rate of [SPECIFY PERCENTAGE, e.g., 3%] on all posts associated with the Campaign. Engagement rate is calculated as the sum of likes, comments, shares, and other interactions divided by the total number of followers at the time of posting. The Influencer agrees to achieve a minimum reach of [SPECIFY NUMBER] unique viewers per post, or a cumulative reach of [SPECIFY NUMBER] across the Campaign. Impressions data will be provided through the Influencer’s analytics tools and verified by the Company when requested. For posts incorporating a call-to-action, such as links to the Company’s website or landing page, the Influencer will target a CTR of at least [SPECIFY PERCENTAGE, e.g., 2%]. CTR is measured as the ratio of clicks to impressions, based on data from tracking links provided by the Company. The Influencer may be expected to drive specific actions (e.g., sales, sign-ups, downloads) using unique tracking codes or referral links. Specific conversion targets will be detailed between the Parties. The Influencer shall submit performance reports on a [WEEKLY/BI-WEEKLY/MONTHLY] basis. These reports must include detailed metrics for each published post, such as: number of likes, comments, shares, and other engagement interactions; reach and impressions per post; click-through data and referral link activity; and conversion data (if applicable). Within [NUMBER] days following the end of the Campaign, the Influencer shall provide a comprehensive post-campaign report summarizing overall performance against all agreed KPIs, including supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots, analytics dashboard exports). The Influencer agrees to provide access to analytics platforms or third-party verification tools to authenticate the reported data, if requested by the Company. The Parties agree to conduct a review of the performance metrics within the first [NUMBER] days of the Campaign to ensure the targets remain realistic and reflective of current market conditions. Adjustments may be made in writing if necessary. If the Influencer consistently fails to meet the established KPIs without valid justification, the Parties shall meet in good faith to discuss potential remedies, which may include adjustments to the compensation structure or additional promotional support, as mutually agreed upon. The Company may specify certain analytics tools or platforms for measuring and reporting performance metrics. The Influencer shall utilize these specified tools where applicable to ensure consistency and transparency in data reporting. In instances where independent verification of performance data is required, the Influencer agrees to cooperate with third-party verification services designated by the Company to validate the metrics reported.
