Performance Measurement System Sample Clauses

The Performance Measurement System clause establishes the framework for evaluating and tracking the performance of parties under an agreement. Typically, it outlines the specific metrics, benchmarks, or key performance indicators (KPIs) that will be used to assess whether contractual obligations are being met, and may detail the frequency and method of reporting results. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear, objective basis for measuring success and addressing underperformance, thereby promoting accountability and transparency throughout the contract term.
