Performance Measures Reporting. Grantee is required to review performance measure reports from the Prevention and Early Intervention System Database on a monthly basis. Grantee is required to submit the downloaded database reports that reflect all performance measures and a corrective action plan to DFPS no later than 15 days after the end of the first, second, and third quarters for each performance measure that is off track.
Performance Measures Reporting. Two Grantee faculty members shall provide oversight and evaluation support (15% effort each) for this project under the Contract. Data will be tracked by the UTRGV clinical collaborators on a weekly basis and reported to the Grantee team monthly.
