Common use of Performance Monitoring Clause in Contracts

Performance Monitoring. The Grantee will monitor the performance of the Recipient against goals and performance standards required herein. Substandard performance as determined by the Grantee will constitute noncompliance with this Agreement. If action to correct such substandard performance is not taken by the Recipient within a reasonable period of time after being notified by the Grantee, contract suspension or termination procedures will be initiated.

Performance Monitoring. The Grantee will monitor the performance of the Recipient Subrecipient against goals and performance standards required hereinas stated above. Substandard performance as determined by the Grantee will constitute noncompliance with this Agreement. Substandard performance as determined by the Grantee or its designee will constitute noncompliance with this Agreement. If action to correct such substandard performance is not taken by the Recipient Subrecipient within a reasonable period of time after being notified by the Grantee, contract suspension or termination procedures will may be initiated.

Substandard performance as determined by the Grantee Grantee’s Board of Supervisors will constitute noncompliance with this Agreement. If action to correct such substandard performance is not taken by the Recipient First 5 within a reasonable period of time after being notified by the Grantee, contract suspension or termination procedures will be initiatedinitiated and tasks may be assigned to a different department or agency of Grantee.

If action to correct such substandard performance is not taken by the Recipient Subrecipient within a reasonable period of time after being notified by the Grantee, contract suspension or termination procedures will be initiated.
