Common use of Performance of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Performance of Agreement. All covenants, conditions, and other obligations under this Agreement and the Related Agreements which are to be performed or complied with by the Company or each of the Selling Shareholders, as the case may be, including Boards of Directors approval, shall have been fully performed and complied with at or prior to the Closing Date.

Performance of Agreement. All covenants, conditions, conditions and other obligations under this Agreement and the Related Agreements which are to be performed or complied with by Buyer on or prior to the Company or each of the Selling Shareholders, as the case may be, including Boards of Directors approval, Closing Date shall have been fully performed and or complied with at in all material respects on or prior to the Closing Date, including, without limitation, the delivery of the fully executed instruments and documents in accordance with Section 3.2.

Performance of Agreement. All covenants, conditions, and other obligations under this Agreement and the Related Agreements which are to be performed or complied with by the Company or each Shareholder Representatives, including necessary approvals of the Selling Shareholders, as the case may be, including HPL Companies' Boards of Directors approvaland shareholders, shall have been fully performed and complied with at or prior to the Closing DateTime, including the delivery of the instruments and documents in accordance with Section 7.2 hereof.

Performance of Agreement.
