Performance of Make-ready Work Sample Clauses
Performance of Make-ready Work. Except as otherwise specifically provided in Section 10.02 and in this section, make-ready work shall be performed by SWBT or by contractors, subcontractors, or other persons acting on SWBT’s behalf and shall be performed by SWBT in accordance with the same time intervals which would be applicable if SWBT were performing the work for itself.
(a) Applicant and SWBT will mutually establish and maintain for each SWBT construction district lists of authorized contractors which may be selected by Applicant to perform make-ready work when SWBT’s interval for beginning or completing such make-ready work does not meet Applicant’s needs. At Applicant’s request, Applicant will be included on such lists upon Applicant’s demonstrating that (1) its personnel are qualified to perform such work in accordance with SWBT’s specifications and (2) Applicant meets the financial responsibility (insurance and bonding) requirements generally applicable to contractors, subcontractors, and other vendors performing the same or similar work on SWBT’s behalf or the self-insurance requirements of Section 23.02.
(b) If SWBT’s interval for beginning or completing make-ready work does not meet Applicant’s needs, Applicant may (1) perform the make-ready work itself, if Applicant is on the applicable list of authorized contractors at the time the work is to be performed or (2) arrange for the work to be performed by an authorized contractor selected by Applicant from the applicable list of authorized contractors. Subject to the availability of personnel, Applicant may also request that SWBT perform the work on an expedited basis; provided, however, that make-ready work will not be performed on an expedited basis unless Applicant first approves any overtime or premium rates or charges associated with performance of the work on an expedited basis.
(c) From time to time, additional contractors, subcontractors or other vendors may be jointly approved by Applicant and SWBT to perform specific make- ready work in the event that the work load exceeds the capacity of the authorized contractors on the approved list to perform the make-ready work in a timely manner.
(d) Make-ready work performed by Applicant, by an authorized contractor selected by Applicant, or by a contractor, subcontractor, or other vendor jointly approved by the parties under subsection (c) shall be performed in accordance with SWBT’s specifications and in accordance with the same standards and practices which would be followed i...
Performance of Make-ready Work. The Company will schedule and perform the required Make-Ready Work following its receipt of the executed Authorization for Make-Ready Work form and Customer’s advance payment of the estimated amount specified by the Company. Customer shall pay the Company for all the Costs of all Make-Ready Work in accordance with the provisions of Section 7.2.2 of this Agreement, and shall also arrange with the owner(s) of other attachment(s) on the Pole or within the Structure or other Facility for the transfer or rearrangement of such facilities to accommodate the installation, reconfiguration or removal of the Attachment(s).
Performance of Make-ready Work. Edison shall then perform its portion of the Make Ready Work, provided that Edison's work will not be performed at any time or under any conditions that might interfere with the service requirements of Edison, Verizon or prior licensees.
Performance of Make-ready Work. If Make-Ready Work is required to accommodate Licensee's Attachments, DED or its contractors shall perform such work pursuant to Section 8.
Performance of Make-ready Work. Make-Ready Work shall be performed only by Utility and/or a contractor authorized by Utility to perform such work. If Utility cannot perform the Make-Ready Work to accommodate Licensee's Facilities within time period specified in the work schedule provided pursuant to Section 5.7.2, Licensee may seek permission from Utility for Licensee to perform such work itself or employ a qualified contractor to perform the work. Any person, company, or contractor who performs Make-Ready Work must be preapproved by Utility. A list of pre-approved contractors appears in Appendix B; Utility may update this list from time to time on an as-needed basis pursuant to Section 24.1.

(a) CLEC and AT&T will mutually establish and maintain a list of authorized contractors who may be selected by CLEC to perform make-ready work when AT&T’s interval for beginning or completing such make ready work does not meet CLEC’s needs.
(b) If AT&T’s interval for beginning or completing make-ready work does not meet CLEC’s needs, CLEC may, as an authorized contractor, perform the make-ready work itself or arrange for the work to be performed by an authorized contractor selected by CLEC from the applicable list of authorized contractors. Subject to the availability of personnel, CLEC may also request that AT&T perform the work on an expedited basis; provided, however, that make-ready work will not be performed on an expedited basis unless CLEC first approves any overtime or premium rates or charges associated with performance of the work on an expedited basis.
(c) From time to time, additional contractors, or other vendors may be approved by CLEC and AT&T to perform make-ready work in the event that the workload exceeds the capacity of the authorized contractors on the approved list to perform the make-ready work in a timely manner.
(d) Nothing contained in this section authorizes CLEC, any authorized contractor selected by CLEC, or any other person acting on CLEC’s behalf to consolidate AT&T’s cables, remove slack, or perform any splicing (wire work) on AT&T’s cables.
Performance of Make-ready Work. If Make-Ready Work is required to accommodate Licensee's Attachments, JEA or its contractors shall perform such work pursuant to Article VII. The Licensee has the option of hiring a JEA approved contractor to perform the Make-Ready Work.
Performance of Make-ready Work. If Make-Ready Work is required to accommodate Licensee's Attachments, Licensor or its contractors may in its sole discretion perform such work to the extent such work does not require modification, transfer or removal of Licensee facilities. The Licensee has the option of hiring a Licensor approved contractor to perform the Make- Ready Work.
Performance of Make-ready Work. If Make-Ready Work is required to accommodate Attaching Utility's Attachments, Owner Utility or its contractors shall perform such work pursuant to Article VII.
Performance of Make-ready Work. If Make-Ready Work is required to accommodate Licensee's Attachments, such work shall be performed in accordance with Article VII.
