Common use of Performance of Remaining Work Clause in Contracts

Performance of Remaining Work. The work remaining after a workforce reduction shall 19 be performed by currently employed APPs until the Hospital determines that recall 20 shall be initiated. The Hospital may employ laid off APPs who retain recall rights as 21 on-call APPs to perform available work, and such laid off APPs who have indicated 22 their availability to perform this work will be offered it before the work is offered to 23 temporary or contracted APPs. The foregoing section shall not apply to laid-off 24 APPs who do not retain recall rights.
