DB Contractor shall undertake all aspects of quality assurance and quality control for the Project and Work in accordance with the approved Project Management Plan and Good Industry Practice. 2.1.1.3 DB Contractor shall develop the Project Management Plan and its component parts, plans and other documentation in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 2 of the Technical Provisions and Good Industry Practice. The Project Management Plan shall include all the parts and other documentation identified in Attachment 2-1 to the Technical Provisions. 2.1.1.4 DB Contractor shall submit to TxDOT for approval in its sole discretion in accordance with the procedures described in Section 3.1 of this Agreement and the time line set forth in Attachment 2-1 to the Technical Provisions each component part, plan and other documentation of the Project Management Plan and any proposed changes or additions to or revisions of any such component part, plan or other documentation.
