Performance on a Non-Business Day. In the event that the final day of a period set forth herein for the Purchaser to perform an action or obligation hereunder (including the obligation to elect and fund the purchase of Securities) falls on a day other than a Business Day, such period shall automatically be extended to the end of the next succeeding Business Day.
