Common use of Performance on Business Days Clause in Contracts

Performance on Business Days. If a date on which the performance of any act is required hereunder, including, without limitation, the payment of any Support Payment, is not a Business Day, the act required to be performed may be performed on the next succeeding Business Day, without the payment of any interest or other charge, and such performance on the next succeeding Business Day shall not constitute or otherwise be deemed a default hereunder.
