The Performance / Operations Courses clause defines the obligations and standards related to the delivery and management of operational or performance-based training courses. Performance / Operations Courses. The Seller will provide performance/operations training for the Buyer’s personnel as defined in Appendix A to this Clause 16. The available courses will be listed in the Seller’s Customer Services Catalog current at the time of the course.
