Performance Pay. a. When a volunteer firefighter’s attendance at regular scheduled training exceeds the percentage indicated below, a one-time payment will be made for that calendar year as follows: b. The parties agree to strike a committee to discuss opportunities for service pay and recognition for service, in lieu of the aforementioned Performance Pay.
