Common use of Performance Schedules Clause in Contracts

Performance Schedules. The CONSULTANT shall plan and execute the performance of all services provided for under this Agreement in such a manner as to insure their proper and timely completion in accordance with the following: A. The Work Assignments to be performed by the CONSULTANT shall commence upon receipt, from the COUNTY, of a written Notice to Proceed from the COUNTY’s Director of Public Works or Designee who is a COUNTY employee. B. The CONSULTANT’S Performance Schedule for any authorized Work Assignments shall be established upon the COUNTY’s acceptance and approval of a detailed schedule to be submitted, by the CONSULTANT, prior to each assignment.
