Performance SLAs and Goals Clause Samples

A Performance SLAs and Goals clause establishes specific service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets that a party must meet during the course of a contract. It typically outlines measurable criteria such as response times, uptime percentages, or quality benchmarks, and may include mechanisms for monitoring performance and addressing failures to meet these standards. The core function of this clause is to ensure accountability and consistent service quality by clearly defining expectations and remedies if those expectations are not met.
