Performance to Continue. Notwithstanding that a matter has been referred to dispute resolution under the provisions of this Article X (Dispute Resolution), the Parties shall throughout the period of dispute resolution endeavour to perform their respective obligations under the terms of the Agreement to the best of their abilities.
