Performance Unit Clause Samples
A Performance Unit clause defines a specific measurement or metric used to assess the achievement of performance goals, often in the context of incentive compensation or bonus plans. This clause typically outlines what constitutes a performance unit, such as a set financial target, sales milestone, or operational benchmark, and details how these units are awarded or calculated for eligible participants. By clearly establishing the criteria and value of performance units, the clause ensures transparency in performance-based rewards and helps align employee efforts with organizational objectives.
