Common use of Performances Clause in Contracts

Performances. ‌ The Chorus Singer shall be paid not less than one-quarter (1/4) of the weekly minimum fee for a Performer per performance for the run of the production, or one (1) week at the Performer fee as per Clause 13:09(A), whichever is greater. For Artists engaged pursuant to Article 45:00 (Chorus), this Clause shall supersede the provisions of Clause 13:03(A).
